I tried to order last night but not yet confirmed becaused they said I have a problem in my payment info. And then I called my bank and they said It was charged! How come?! No confirmation email, no tracking number send.. How come they charged me without anything. Disappointed to the highest level!!!

Bought the allure /rue la la beauty box, subscription of 3 boxes 1st one horrible so I canceled got billed for 2nd one it was horrible too.tiny samples half full, missing items, really horrible customer service. I then recently got a email that the 3Rd box was en route, i already canceled 3times. They took forever to respond, finally they got it.

Just call your bank and dispute it they will put your money back in your account and write a dispute they won't be able to charge your account again do it right away
