Unfortunately, ruelala.com doesn’t provide any information on why the company can’t ship your order in full.

You may check the estimated delivery dates at help.ruelala.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012045673-Estimated-Delivery-Dates.
For items you have purchased, head to My Account, then click "Order History" to see a list of all of your purchases. Select the order number of the item in question, and under the Shipment header, you will see the expected delivery date along with a tracking number.

According to Rue La La FAQ section, the company partners with an organization called Borderfree to ship orders internationally. When you place an international order on Rue La La, your transaction will be with Borderfree, but the Rue La La Customer Service Representatives will assist you with your customer service needs. You should email at international@ruelala.com in English to reach the company Customer Service Representatives. According to the Rue La La return policy, returnable items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Returns are only available by mail. Final sale items are not eligible for return. In order to make a return, please navigate to the Returns tab on your Account and follow the steps for Returns Your Way to tell the company which of two their return options you prefer. If your order came with a packing slip, please fill out the return section on the front of the slip including the appropriate Reason Code for each item you are sending back. Make sure that all items are in the original condition. Include any packaging, warranty cards, and accessories. Once you have generated your prepaid return label, stick it on the box and bring it to a specified carrier drop-off location (USPS or FedEx). If you did not receive a return label, you should contact the company at 1 88* 992 5252 Every day from 9AM to 9PM EST (US and Canada customers only) or at email at international@ruelala.com (non-U.S. customers).

I have been having trouble accessing my account for the last 2 days.

Every time I try to access Ruelala the site keeps telling me something is wrong with my account (combination of my email & password). I have reset my password multiple times, and still can not access.

How can I cancel my subscription and get a refund for the past two month's.I've been calling customer service and getting retracted to somebody else I'm not able to get a hold of anyone to cancel my subscription and I've been charged for the last 2 months out of my account and I simply cannot afford this monthly payment if I could get my account cancel and possibly refund that would be great if you're not able to refund me can you just please cancel my account and stop taking money on my account every month I would appreciate it thank you.
