I have been having trouble accessing my account for the last 2 days.

How can I cancel my subscription and get a refund for the past two month's.I've been calling customer service and getting retracted to somebody else I'm not able to get a hold of anyone to cancel my subscription and I've been charged for the last 2 months out of my account and I simply cannot afford this monthly payment if I could get my account cancel and possibly refund that would be great if you're not able to refund me can you just please cancel my account and stop taking money on my account every month I would appreciate it thank you.
I would like to use a credit toward my purchase online how do I do that.

For items you have purchased, head to My Account, then click "Order History" to see a list of all of your purchases. Select the order number of the item in question, and under the Shipment header, you will see the expected delivery date along with a tracking number.
