Believed that I was overcharged:
I phoned your company Because according to my PayPal account it appeared that you Charged me twice for a pair of boots. Upon speaking with your kind a customer representative concierge, I was informed that the first charge didnโt go through and that is why I see it as a second charge although it isnโt. Then I did request that I canceled my original order because I did not think the boots calf circumference would fit me after reading reviews after ordering. Unfortunately it is too late to cancel that order however your concierge extended me a free charged me twice for a pair of boots. Upon speaking with your kind customer representative concierge, I was informed that the first charge didnโt go through and that is why I see it as a second charge although it isnโt. Then I did request that I cancel my original order because I did not think the boots calf circumference would fit me after reading reviews after ordering. Unfortunately it is too late to cancel that order however your concierge extended me a free return. All I have to do is call as soon as I receive the boats and I will be given a free return voucher. I could not be happier. What I was stressing out about Since last night has been resolved with your excellent customer service and I promise I will be a returning customer and refer to others your amazing customer service.
