Bad product received. And charged $30 for a yearly free delivery service! I am sure the information wasn’t clearly explained and I was charged a yearly Recurring payment. The charge last year which

I was actually a long time customer and extremely disappointed with their customer services and regretted for doing business with this organization. I have placed an order and the order was not shipped for over 18 months where they already charged me.
As I contacted the customer service, they have stated that the order is showing as shipped in 2020 on their system, so they are sorry for what happened but do not take responsibility as a mistake made on their end. When I reviewed the tracking detail, it showed that the shipping company did not received the order till 2021 summer. I have made multiple complained and requested refund of the items. I checked for several weeks after I shipped back the items and didn't see any refund.
After another call with the customer service, I found out that they issued me a credit on the account, which I will no longer use. What a big waste of time and money!
